Panasonic Australia is searching for a Customer Service specialist to join our Service team as a Customer Service Administrator for the HVAC* customers.
(*) Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning
This unique role is located at our Macquarie Park office and will be tasked to support our expanding HVAC customer base primarily in Victoria.
This role will be responsible for ensuring our service solution aligns with our customer expectations, and includes tasks such as:
- Warranty administration
- The coordination and administration of Panasonic’s Service Agents and/or our direct field technician(s)
- Customer liaison and internal escalation when required.
- Prioritizing critical site service requirements and communicating updates to all relevant stakeholders.
The key responsibilities we would trust you with:
- You will arrange and track the changeover of faulty products and returns when required.
- You will be monitoring the allocation of service calls through to job completion.
- You will coordinate the daily schedule for our internal resources including priority and status.
- You will be responsible for job administration including but not limited to data entry, system updates and correspondence with internal and external customers and end users.
- You will be required to maintain healthy, collaborative, and supportive relationships with customers, service partners and all internal stakeholders.
The areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most to the role:
- You will come with experience in a service industry with a background in dispatching field staff/technicians (Preferred but not essential)
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- You will have intermediate computer skills in the Microsoft suite, Service CRM and Salesforce
- You will come with experience in achieving customer satisfaction objectives
- You’ll have strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in an ever-changing working environment.
- You demonstrate a strong work ethic and a self-motivated, positive attitude.
