We have an opportunity within our HVAC Division for an Accounts Manager, Residential based in Mount Waverley, Victoria. As Accounts Manager, you will be focused on driving sales growth and profitability across Victoria and Tasmania. Working collaboratively with the sales management team, you will take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of assigned metro and regional contractor accounts, developing, implementing and tracking effective sales strategies aligned to divisional objectives. This role is central to strengthening customer partnerships, exceeding sales targets and supporting the continued growth of Panasonic’s HVAC business, while also contributing to additional projects and duties as required.

 

 

The key responsibilities we would trust you with:

About the role:

  • Account management of Panasonic HVAC products to allocated direct accounts
  • Work closely with customers to forecast demand
  • Utilise your existing relationships to introduce new customers to Panasonic.
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with key accounts that translate into loyal business partners
  • Meet and ideally exceed quarterly & annual category revenue sales targets
  • Maintain a high standard & continually seek to improve knowledge of the Australian Air-con market & associated competitor product offerings
  • The role is all about creating opportunities for growth.

 

The areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most to the role:

  • Business Development/Key Account management experience
  • Experience working within the HVAC industry
  • Proven success with implementing sales strategies and account plans generating profitable sales/revenues
  • Ability to work in a team environment participating to the greater good of the division but at the same time work autonomously
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong initiative and the personal drive to succeed, you’re an individual who uses initiative to identify growth opportunities
