We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Graduate to join our Corporate Communications team at Panasonic Australia.

 In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the delivery of engaging email marketing (EDM) campaigns and website content updates that align with business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional to build hands-on experience across EDMs, CRM, and digital platforms, while collaborating with internal teams and external partners in a supportive environment.

This is a part time position, 3 days per week. 

The key responsibilities we would trust you with:

• Coordinate and execute EDM campaigns end-to-end, including briefing, copywriting, design coordination, scheduling, and performance reporting.
• Support updates to Panasonic Australia’s website content, liaising with regional development teams and managing approval workflows.
• Support CRM and digital platforms (e.g. My Panasonic, third-party website properties) with timely content updates and data accuracy.
• Assist with campaign planning and delivery, ensuring all digital activities are completed on time, on budget, and aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g. agencies) to deliver integrated digital communications and continuously improve campaign performance.

The areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most to the role:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in digital marketing, communications, or a related field, with exposure to email marketing platforms and website CMS (or equivalent practical experience).
• Demonstrated understanding of email marketing principles, with hands-on experience creating, scheduling, and optimising EDM campaigns.
• Strong technical capability across digital tools such as CMS platforms, MS Office, and ideally Adobe Experience Manager, Iterable, WordPress, Canva, or Photoshop.
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce and edit engaging content for digital channels.
• Highly organised and detail-oriented team player with strong time management skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
